Methods

The DOH Center methods are world-renowned for their rigor, practicality, and fastidiousness. The Center has received numerous awards and citations for its work in a wide-range of highly structured and complex environments. Let the DOH Center guide your research needs and objectives, through its Institute for Theoretical Application of Meta-Methodologies, under the able direction of Arthur Andersen.

Details

At the DOH Center, we recognize that it is not enough to talk about methodologies. Everyone has a methodology, but at the DOH Center, we have a web page about our methodology. You are looking at it now. But does it all add up to something larger? Yes, our methodology page is part of a much larger web site, describing various flattering aspects of our endeavor.

The One Finger MethodSM

While most experts continue to speak of the "three legs of the stool" (people, process, & technology), the DOH Center has moved beyond that paradigm to find other, more oblique metaphors that have yet to be overused.

Specifically, we have termed our methodology The One Finger MethodSM.

Naturally, the One Finger MethodSM has only one pillar:

Empowerment

All management jargon can be encapsulated in this single, easy-to-understand term. Empowerment means many things, including:
  • Never needing to take responsibility at upper levels.
  • Making employees feel guilty for missing corporate goals, while rewarding executives.
But really, it means whatever you want it to! That is the beauty of our flexible methodology. That and the fact that we leave no fingerprints, ensuring plausible deniability.

Except where expressly noted, all materials are completely ficticious, fascetious, sarcastic,
